Shipping
All products are posted Nationally using Australia Post postage service and buyers are issued with a tracking number upon purchase. Skateboard Custom is not liable for any loss or damage sustained during transit.
Returns / Liability
Under Australian consumer law, national buyers are eligible for returns within 7 days of purchase (includes postage times). Returns must be in original unused condition, along with any accessories and be suitable for resale. All returns incur a 10% restocking fee. Any damaged items may not be accepted. Please chose carefully as Skateboard Custom does not usually provide refunds for change of mind. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping under all conditions. All products must be returned with in 7 days of request. Skateboard Custom is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. All products leave Skateboard Custom in basic assembled mode. It is the owner / riders responsiblility to ensure that settings are suitably adjusted to suit riders requirements I.e Kingpin. Skateboard Custom is not held responsibile for any accidents, injury or death that may result is usinf our product. It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that they abide by local road rules and wear personal protective equipment. Skateboard Custom reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without notice.
Product / Back Orders
If at any time an item goes on back order, Skatevoard Custom will endeavor to source the product within 5 - 45 days of purchase. All back orders are processed as a matter of urgency. If the item is no longer available an alternative may be offered. Pre-loved good may have marks which doesn't affect function what so ever.
